2. Start Lean

Build a minimum viable product (MVP) in days, not months. Use Shopify, Carrd, or Notion. Revenue is the only validation that matters.

3. Master One Channel

Pick one acquisition channel — TikTok, SEO, or paid ads — and go all-in for 90 days before adding a second one.

4. Reinvest Profits

Live below your means in year one. Every dollar of profit goes back into growth until the business runs without you.
